Required Documents For Individual Account
- Two passport size recent colored photos of the account holder with his/her name and signature are on the back of each photograph.
- A copy of National ID Card of the account holder with signature
- A copy of the Bank cheque of the account holder’s bank account.
- For Nominees, one passport-size photo with the name and signature on the back of the photograph and a copy of the NID with the client’s signature.
- For Power of Attorney Holder, one passport-size photo with name and signature on the back of the same.
Required Documents For Joint Account
- Two passport size recent colored photos for each of the Joint Account holders with name and signature on the back side of the photos.
- A copy of National ID for each of the account holders with signature or a copy of the original Bank Certificate for opening BO A/C.
- For Nominees, one passport-size photo with the name and signature on the back of the photograph and a copy of the NID with the client’s signature.
- For Power of Attorney Holder, one passport-size photo with name and signature on the back of the same.
For Private/ Public Ltd: Account opening Documentations
- Photocopy of Memorandum of Association attested by the company
- Photocopy of Articles of Association attested by the company.
- Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation attested by the company authority.
- An Original copy of the Board Resolution of the company (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized person to operate the account )
- Two copies of recent colored photographs for each of the BO Account operators with name and signature on the back of the same.
Required Document for Cooperate Society (Samabaya Samitee), Fund Trustee, etc
- A copy of the constitution of the Association and Registration documents from the proper authority attested by the association.
- List of Board Members on Executive Committee members or
- Copy of Board Resolution of the Association (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized persons to operate the account)
- Two copies of recent colored photographs of each of the BO Account operators with names and signatures on the back of the same.
- Photocopy of National ID of each of the Account Operators with signature as per National ID.
Required Document for NRB and Foreign Nationals
- For Individual A/C, Two copies of a recent colored passport size photograph of the account holder with name and signature attested by the introducer on the backside.
- For Joint Account two passport size recent colored photographs for each of the Joint Account holders with name and signature on the back side of the picture.
- Photocopy of valid Passport & Visa.
- Bank Certificate of FCD Account. A Local Currency Account also has to be opened by the Account Holder.
- Work permit or Salary Statement
- In the case of a Businessman, the account holder will submit a Trade License or Certificate of Incorporation and visiting Card the documents of business operation.
- For Power of Attorney Holder, A passport size recent colored photograph with name and signature on the back of the same.
- For Nominees, a passport-size photographs with the name and signature on the back of the photograph and a copy of the NID with the client’s signature
