It was incorporated as a Private Ltd. company in 2004 under the companies Act XVIII of 1994. It became a full service Depository Participant (DP) under Central Depository Systems Ltd. (CDBL). It has been rendering Brokerage Services in the capital market as one of leading members (brokerage house) of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.
